Аннотация: In terms of functioning of physical education system in higher educational establishments, a four-year educational pedagogical experiment with the application of the directional technology of acquiring professional- applied motor skills was implemented. According to the results of approbation of experimental technology, a reliable improvement in the state of psychophysiological qualities was recorded in the study group: Evaluation of the process of main nervous processes excitation - by 125.32 Ms (p<0.001), the forces of the excitation process, internal inhibition and mobility of the main nervous processes - by 145.99 Ms (p<0.001), "an adequate indicator of the relative change in the strength of the excitation process, internal inhibition and mobility of the main nervous processes" - by 20.66 Ms (p[removed]

Аннотация: Мета: провести багатофакторний аналіз підготовленості юних спортсменів аеробної гімнастики, визначити провідні фактори та обґрунтувати планування тренувального процесу спортсменів даного виду спорту. Матеріал і методи: у дослідженні взяли участь 20 спортсменок віком 7-9 років. Методи дослідження: аналіз і узагальнення даних науково-методичної літератури, педагогічне спостереження, педагогічне тестування, педагогічний експеримент і методи математичної статистики. Результати: вивчено сучасний стан тренувального процесу юних спортсменів аеробної гімнастики та досліджено специфіку даного виду спорту. Визначено факторну структуру підготовленості юних спортсменок аеробної гімнастики та встановлено 6 основних факторів. Експериментально доведено та математично підтверджено, що в перший і найголовніший фактор увійшли показники швидкісно-силової підготовленості та топпінг-тест у поєднанні з антропометричними даними. Отримані дані збігаються з даними кореляційного аналізу і свідчать про те, що в сучасній аеробній гімнастиці точність виконання рухів повинна поєднуватися з швидкісно-силовою підготовленістю та антропометричними даними. Висновки: результати факторного аналізу показали, що при навчанні основним технічним елементам в аеробній гімнастиці слід робити акцент не тільки на просторово-часових параметрах виконання, але й на швидкісно-силовому аспекті їх виконання.
Purpose: to conduct a multifactor analysis of the training of young athletes in aerobic gymnastics, to identify the leading factors and justify the planning of the training process of athletes in this sport. Material and methods: the study involved 20 athletes aged 7-9 years. Research methods: analysis and generalization of data of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment and methods of mathematical statistics. Results: the current state of the training process of young athletes in aerobic gymnastics has been studied and the specifics of this sport have been studied. The factor structure of training of young athletes of aerobic gymnastics is determined and 6 main factors are established. It has been experimentally proved and mathematically confirmed that the first and most important factor included indicators of speed and strength training and topping test in combination with anthropometric data. The obtained data coincide with the data of correlation analysis and indicate that in modern aerobic gymnastics the accuracy of movements should be combined with speed and strength training and anthropometric data. Conclusions: the results of factor analysis showed that when teaching the basic technical elements in aerobic gymnastics should focus not only on the spatio-temporal parameters of performance, but also on the speed-power aspect of their performance. © 2021, Kharkiv State Academy of Physical Culture. Аннотация: The aim of the research is to investigate the effect of an interactive whiteboard use at English lessons with prospective teachers at school practice and to put the research results into practice. A significant difference was determined in favour of the experimental group, who used an interactive whiteboard systematically at English lessons. The prospective teachers should be prepared well enough to teach English using an interactive whiteboard, as shown by the achievements of young learners participating in the pedagogical experiment.

Аннотация: The purpose of the article is to substantiate an alternative methodology for assessing the competitiveness of young people in the labor market, based on the categories of transit from training to decent employment in the context of transformational change. The article explores the School-to- Work Transition Survey (SWTS), which provides an opportunity to analyze the peculiarities of young people's transit to the labor market. The study was conducted within the framework of the "Work4Youth" project, which aimed to identify ways to obtain information concerning the labor market, namely its youth segment. The main purpose of the SWTS was to gather detailed information on the issues, attitudes and conditions in which young people aged 15-29 was entering and securing their jobs in the labor market. The competitiveness of young people in the labor market has been evaluated and the regions have been investigated according to the characteristics of the workplaces, where the state of completion of the transition from school to employment by the young person have been determined. In addition, clusters that are close in characteristics to the group of regions were distinguished.
