Аннотация: Training a modern professional who can use a creative approach within the framework of their professional activities, as well as to easily adapt to many modern technological changes, requires the use of modern innovative pedagogical technologies in the training process. When performing this study, we used the project method to increase environmental awareness and environmental thinking among students of the specialty law. Environmental education is learning through the environment, for the environment, and about the environment. The authors believe that it should be universal, and its components should be present in preschool, school, vocational, higher, and postgraduate professional education. We believe that the greatest effect can be achieved by continuing environmental education, provided that it becomes an indispensable attribute of personal development. Аннотация: Online education is a world need. Many universities continue providing online education. The first stress from pandemic and online teaching went on and university teachers managed to cope it. The next stress from wartime in Ukraine came and online teaching goes on, so university teachers manage to cope it again. The purpose of the research is to show university teachers’ psychological state during online education after pandemic in wartime in Ukraine. For achieving the stated purpose, we applied the methods of analysis and synthesis, questionnaire, calculating methods, in particular, MS Excel. The questionnaire consisted of questions help to describe the psychological teachers state, fear, stress, anxiety. The participants of the research became 49 university teachers from Ukraine. The results are as follows. The most common negative impacts on mental health are depression, isolation, family danger, possibility of being attacked, pressure from the war, lack of social life. The most constructive impacts on mental health are morale, social media, chatting, good war news. It is recommended to use different resources to overcome university teachers’ stress. They are faith, feelings, socialization, imagination, thinking, physiological activity. The conclusion is online education after pandemic in Ukraine is still stressful because of wartime. It is recommended to use different resources to overcome university teachers’ stress.

Аннотация: This research aims to detect the effect of using exercises and ball games in physical education on the static balance of students with musculoskeletal disorders. The research involved 40 secondary school students aged 16-19, who were divided into two groups. Students have disabilities with mild and average forms of illness. The level of static balance was determined by the indicators of a modified Romberg test, which was carried out at the beginning and the end of the training lesson. The research was carried out for 18 months. It was established that the indicators of students of two groups, both at the beginning and at the end of the physical education lesson, improved. At the beginning of the lesson, a reliable change is traced only in the group of students with congenital defects of the musculoskeletal system (p0.05); at the end of the lesson, balance indicators significantly improved in both groups (p0.05). It was found that the developed system of exercises and ball games in which it was necessary to keep a set initial position, not due to different actions with the ball, is an effective means of improving balance. Аннотация: The integration of Ukraine into the European community creates the necessity to carry out scientific research regarding the reformation of public management systems and to introduce principles of state management to management systems. The implementation of administrative reform and the realization of innovative systems of local self-government with elements of state management at local level will foster good conditions for intellectual, professional, and spiritual development in all individuals, and should become a state priority. Therefore, the peculiarities of state management of the educational system at the local level under conditions of education modernization, identification, and the prevention of negative aspects of this process are studied in this article. In regards to state management, the current state of the management system of educational establishments at local level is analyzed, and recommendations concerning changes to this system are proposed according to legislation. It has been found that the reformation of the system of local self-government opens up opportunities for the improvement of the state management model, the implementation of state management principles, and creates good conditions for regional development.

Аннотация: The research studied the effectiveness of a three-stage Seamless Learning Model with Enhanced Web-Quizzing based on the intensive use of sets of quizzes created in different web-based quiz generators. The findings revealed that continuous testing using diagnostic, formative, benchmark and summative quizzes, administered at the three stages—familiarisation, formation and assessment, applying such features of seamless learning as learning in various contexts, ubiquitous access to digital learning resources and quizzes, combination of teacher-guided learning, self-directed and collaborative learning, and switching between various learning activities can be an efficient teaching technique in higher education having positive effect on academic performance, motivation, learners’ approaches to studying and course engagement. The testing effect was investigated on the summative tests taken at the end of the three different academic courses. The results showed that online quizzes applied primarily as learning tools with the emphasis on information retrieval and retention resulted in the higher achievements of the experimental group students. The survey conducted with Biggs’s Revised Two-Factor Study Process Questionnaire (R-SPQ-2F) showed the changes in the learners’ motives and approaches to studying revealed in students’ active participation in in-class and out-of-class activities, mastering of the material through understanding rather than mechanical memorizing, the search for additional information and increased attendance. The engagement of the experimental group students in the new quiz-enhanced settings was examined focusing on emotional, skills, participation and performance engagement aspects.

Аннотация: Results of familiarization, assessment of reliability and comparability of results of the test run in a metronome rhythm are presented. The purpose of the research: to describe use and to estimate reliability of the test run in a metronome rhythm which was carried out by students-sportsmen of different sports specializations. Objects: the prepared students (boys n = 26 and girls n = 14). Methods: anthropometry; testing (run for 4 minutes in a metronome rhythm which changed: the first minute – 140 bpm, the second minute – 150 bpm, the third minute-160 bpm, the fourth minute-170 bpm; video filming and video analysis. Results: the reliable interrelations are revealed as a result of Pearson correlation calculation for indicators of testing No. 1-2-3: average HR (r=0.77-0.65); average distance length (r=0.85-0.54). Interclass coefficient of correlation for: average HR (r=0.64-0.65); distances of run (r=0.84-0.51); average speed of run (r=0.84-0.51). Conclusions: the sufficient reliability and stability of the test were shown because the extent of coincidence of results at the repeated testing had the reliable correlations and coherence during rather long period (three weeks). The test has the sufficient coherence as the scenario of its carrying out allows providing independence of results of testing of personal qualities of the individual who is carrying out the test. It can be recommended to runners for endurance for assessment of technique features; to other groups of individuals for the assessment of state of motor function, profitability and efficiency of movement, psycho-emotional features.

Аннотация: The article describes the problems international students encounter during psychophysiological adaptation. As the modern higher education system is characterized by academic mobility, and international students from countries with quite different geoclimatic and cultural traditions have to undergo an adaptation period, the problem under study is topical. The study was conducted at Kharkiv National Medical University (Ukraine) in 2020/2021. The research involved 1st, 2nd and 3rd-year international students (from 50 countries). The peculiarities of international students’ psychophysiological states were assessed during the stages of initial adaptation, stable adaptation and final adaptation. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the factors of the natural and socio-pedagogical environment that affect the psychological adaptation process of international students. The present study provides new information on the acclimatization patterns of international students who study in Ukraine, as well as its functional significance on selected performance measures. General theoretical methods, research methods and methods of statistical data processing have been employed. The results reveal that the destabilizing factors that negatively affect international students’ adaptation process include frequent hypothermia, dietary changes, inadequate and irregular food intake, insufficient physical activity and excessive mental stress. Practical recommendations to decrease these negative factors are proposed.

Аннотация: Purpose: This article is devoted to the search for effective solutions to modern legal problems of the realization of human rights, including children, for inclusive education in Ukraine. Methodology: The method of integral analysis of legal regulation in the field of inclusive education in Ukraine has allowed us to consider it in development and interconnection to reveal the existing directions and patterns as a whole. The comparative method has come in handy in the study of legislation governing the right of people to inclusive education. Modeling, analysis, and synthesis methods have revealed the advantages and disadvantages of legal regulation in the field of inclusive education. Main findings: The article discusses the features of legal problems of the implementation of rights to inclusive education of humans with limited opportunities in Ukraine. Possible ways of improving the legal regulation of the implementation of human rights to inclusive education are proposed. According to the authors, one of such methods is the passing of separate legislative, legal norms regarding the development of inclusive education for children with various functional disorders, the development of inclusive education at higher educational institutions. The authors substantiate the conclusion that the human right to inclusive education at the international level is a legal human right that has great practical value for students with disabilities and should exclude any form of discrimination. Implications: This article can be used in the practical activities of lawyers, students, and teachers of law higher education, and is also recommended for review by persons with disabilities. Novelty: This study examined the problems of legal support of human rights to inclusive education in Ukraine and suggested ways to solve them. © Shevchuk et al.

Аннотация: The article investigates the grounds for determining transactions as invalid on the basis of the analysis of the civil legislation of Ukraine. The features of invalid transactions have been determined. Gaps in the legislation of Ukraine, as well as the unequal application of the legislation in the field of invalidity of the transactions by the courts have been manifested, ways to overcome them having been identified. The article defines the legal nature of invalid transactions and their place in the system of legal facts.

Аннотация: The aim of the article was to substantiate the implementation of the visual mind mapping (VMM) strategy for improving the effectiveness of students’ learning in the theoretical and experimental aspect. The focus was the use of VMM to organize learning of students of non-Humanities majors when studying the subjects of the Humanities curriculum, which are mandatory for the undergraduate level. Methods: the following methods were used to collect empirical data and interpret research results: online monitoring through questionnaires in Google Forms; testing with the involvement of the computer programme potential using the EdApp microlearning platform tools; Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI), classic methods of conducting scientific research and statistical data processing. The prospects of further research include a wider integration of VMM with the involvement of special software and determining its impact on the effectiveness of the students’ education. Аннотация: According to scientists, military-applied sports uniquely embody the fundamental principle of combat training, aiming to instill in servicemen the essential skills required in warfare – a facet not replicated in other forms of physical training. Through training and competitive engagement in military-applied sports (MAS), servicemen not only acquire combat techniques and enhance physical attributes pertinent to military duties but also cultivate moral and volitional qualities such as courage, determination, self-confidence, initiative, and resourcefulness. Purpose: to determine and compare cardiorespiratory parameters of the cadets engaged in military-applied sports and those participating in the current program of sports and general physical fitness, both at rest and under the influence of physical loads. Material and Methods: Objects: 81 healthy cadets of a military educational institution. Two groups of cadets were formed: Control Group (CG1; n=41) consisting of those engaged in military-applied sports (military pentathlon) and Control Group (CG2; n=40) consists of cadets who are trained under the current general physical training program. The cadets of both groups practiced 2 times for 1 hour on weekdays, and 3 hours on weekends and holidays. The age and length of military service of cadets in both groups did not differ significantly (p0.05). All participants of our study gave their informed consent to participate in the experiment. Research was conducted and performed in accordance with the ethical standards of the Declaration of Helsinki. adaptation.

Аннотация: The objective of this study is to experimentally test how the technique based on a “21-day Health Marathon” training under the students’ own program of intensive physical self-training being supervised by a personal tutor and stimulated by daily gain-and-loss-framed messages, and elements of gamification (badges for certain achievements) influences the formation of health-improvement competencies for future police officers, their learning motivation, conscious learning and to what extend this technique reformats students’ way of thinking in terms of continuous health-improvement. The 2X2 method of randomized split plots was used to analyze the quantitative data. A two-way ANOVA was used to identify the main results for the factors in the columns and lines, and to determine the degree of their interaction in the context of determining the effectiveness of the experiment. The data obtained in the focus group survey were processed using Textalyser web tool. To process students’ answers to the questions, we identified the most commonly used positive words in the answers that helped us identify broad categories of answers such as: “improvement”, “health”, “motivation”, “speed”, “concentration”, “future work”. The research has shown that the use of this model has a positive impact on the state of development of value-motivational and activity-reflexive components of health-improvement competencies in future police officers, as well as on their awareness of the main direction and model of their future professional activity focused on the formation of personality traits, and not just on obtaining a certain volume of theoretical professional knowledge.

Аннотация: The present academic paper is devoted to studying the degree of development of individual components of future economists' professional competence in the digital environment of higher educational institutions. In the course of the research, the level of effectiveness of digitalization of higher educational institutions was studied. To assess the actual competence level of future specialists in the field of economics, a questionnaire survey of students - future economists in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, and France was conducted. Based on the analysis of the results, the qualifications of students - future economists were assessed, considering the features of labour markets in different countries. According to the research data, it has been established that apparent differences in the degree of digitization of higher education institutions can be observed in various countries, which affects the competence of future specialists. The difference in the degree of development of digital technologies in higher educational institutions causes the formation of a significant gap in the level of professionalism in general and digital competence, in particular, among students of economic specialties. To carry out a highly-effective professional activity, an economist should possess relevant technical, digital, competency-based, and mathematical skills. The survey has revealed that the lack of critical thinking skills in the Czech Republic and Germany and active self-study among students - future economists is especially acute. According to the results of the survey, it has been established that the main reason for the lack of this type of skills is the insufficient number of academic hours allocated during the educational process for their formation, forasmuch as in the conditions of the digitalization of higher education, the time frame of training is limited. Along with this, a lack of development of social and communication skills that develop the professional competence of economists is observed in the Czech Republic, France and Germany.
