Аннотация: The article develops a research hypothesis, which consists in the fact that the development of a system of marketing technologies in educational institutions, ensuring their competitiveness, high quality satisfaction of educational requests of teachers with the aim of increasing their professional competence, will become possible if: • marketing will be perceived by the managers of the educational institution as an integral part of the management system of the educational institution with its special services that ensure the satisfaction of the modern educational professional requests of teachers; • marketing technologies in pedagogical education institutions will be used as a system for identifying and satisfying the educational requests of teachers, taking into account the social and pedagogical situation in the country; • developed a model for the development of the marketing technology system in institutions of additional pedagogical education; • conditions for the implementation of the system development model and the application of marketing technologies will be created in pedagogical education institutions to identify and meet the educational needs of teachers.

Аннотация: The integration of Ukraine into the European community creates the necessity to carry out scientific research regarding the reformation of public management systems and to introduce principles of state management to management systems. The implementation of administrative reform and the realization of innovative systems of local self-government with elements of state management at local level will foster good conditions for intellectual, professional, and spiritual development in all individuals, and should become a state priority. Therefore, the peculiarities of state management of the educational system at the local level under conditions of education modernization, identification, and the prevention of negative aspects of this process are studied in this article. In regards to state management, the current state of the management system of educational establishments at local level is analyzed, and recommendations concerning changes to this system are proposed according to legislation. It has been found that the reformation of the system of local self-government opens up opportunities for the improvement of the state management model, the implementation of state management principles, and creates good conditions for regional development.

Аннотация: Training a modern professional who can use a creative approach within the framework of their professional activities, as well as to easily adapt to many modern technological changes, requires the use of modern innovative pedagogical technologies in the training process. When performing this study, we used the project method to increase environmental awareness and environmental thinking among students of the specialty law. Environmental education is learning through the environment, for the environment, and about the environment. The authors believe that it should be universal, and its components should be present in preschool, school, vocational, higher, and postgraduate professional education. We believe that the greatest effect can be achieved by continuing environmental education, provided that it becomes an indispensable attribute of personal development. Аннотация: Results of familiarization, assessment of reliability and comparability of results of the test run in a metronome rhythm are presented. The purpose of the research: to describe use and to estimate reliability of the test run in a metronome rhythm which was carried out by students-sportsmen of different sports specializations. Objects: the prepared students (boys n = 26 and girls n = 14). Methods: anthropometry; testing (run for 4 minutes in a metronome rhythm which changed: the first minute – 140 bpm, the second minute – 150 bpm, the third minute-160 bpm, the fourth minute-170 bpm; video filming and video analysis. Results: the reliable interrelations are revealed as a result of Pearson correlation calculation for indicators of testing No. 1-2-3: average HR (r=0.77-0.65); average distance length (r=0.85-0.54). Interclass coefficient of correlation for: average HR (r=0.64-0.65); distances of run (r=0.84-0.51); average speed of run (r=0.84-0.51). Conclusions: the sufficient reliability and stability of the test were shown because the extent of coincidence of results at the repeated testing had the reliable correlations and coherence during rather long period (three weeks). The test has the sufficient coherence as the scenario of its carrying out allows providing independence of results of testing of personal qualities of the individual who is carrying out the test. It can be recommended to runners for endurance for assessment of technique features; to other groups of individuals for the assessment of state of motor function, profitability and efficiency of movement, psycho-emotional features.

Аннотация: The aim of the article was to substantiate the implementation of the visual mind mapping (VMM) strategy for improving the effectiveness of students’ learning in the theoretical and experimental aspect. The focus was the use of VMM to organize learning of students of non-Humanities majors when studying the subjects of the Humanities curriculum, which are mandatory for the undergraduate level. Methods: the following methods were used to collect empirical data and interpret research results: online monitoring through questionnaires in Google Forms; testing with the involvement of the computer programme potential using the EdApp microlearning platform tools; Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI), classic methods of conducting scientific research and statistical data processing. The prospects of further research include a wider integration of VMM with the involvement of special software and determining its impact on the effectiveness of the students’ education. Аннотация: According to scientists, military-applied sports uniquely embody the fundamental principle of combat training, aiming to instill in servicemen the essential skills required in warfare – a facet not replicated in other forms of physical training. Through training and competitive engagement in military-applied sports (MAS), servicemen not only acquire combat techniques and enhance physical attributes pertinent to military duties but also cultivate moral and volitional qualities such as courage, determination, self-confidence, initiative, and resourcefulness. Purpose: to determine and compare cardiorespiratory parameters of the cadets engaged in military-applied sports and those participating in the current program of sports and general physical fitness, both at rest and under the influence of physical loads. Material and Methods: Objects: 81 healthy cadets of a military educational institution. Two groups of cadets were formed: Control Group (CG1; n=41) consisting of those engaged in military-applied sports (military pentathlon) and Control Group (CG2; n=40) consists of cadets who are trained under the current general physical training program. The cadets of both groups practiced 2 times for 1 hour on weekdays, and 3 hours on weekends and holidays. The age and length of military service of cadets in both groups did not differ significantly (p0.05). All participants of our study gave their informed consent to participate in the experiment. Research was conducted and performed in accordance with the ethical standards of the Declaration of Helsinki. adaptation.

Аннотация: Purpose: This article is devoted to the search for effective solutions to modern legal problems of the realization of human rights, including children, for inclusive education in Ukraine. Methodology: The method of integral analysis of legal regulation in the field of inclusive education in Ukraine has allowed us to consider it in development and interconnection to reveal the existing directions and patterns as a whole. The comparative method has come in handy in the study of legislation governing the right of people to inclusive education. Modeling, analysis, and synthesis methods have revealed the advantages and disadvantages of legal regulation in the field of inclusive education. Main findings: The article discusses the features of legal problems of the implementation of rights to inclusive education of humans with limited opportunities in Ukraine. Possible ways of improving the legal regulation of the implementation of human rights to inclusive education are proposed. According to the authors, one of such methods is the passing of separate legislative, legal norms regarding the development of inclusive education for children with various functional disorders, the development of inclusive education at higher educational institutions. The authors substantiate the conclusion that the human right to inclusive education at the international level is a legal human right that has great practical value for students with disabilities and should exclude any form of discrimination. Implications: This article can be used in the practical activities of lawyers, students, and teachers of law higher education, and is also recommended for review by persons with disabilities. Novelty: This study examined the problems of legal support of human rights to inclusive education in Ukraine and suggested ways to solve them. © Shevchuk et al.

Аннотация: The influence of the kettlebell lifting training on the level of endurance development and functional abilities of the cadets' cardiovascular system in the course of study is examined in the article. Cadets of the 1st-5th years of study (n=474) who were studying according to the current system of physical training (group А, n=416) and cadets who were attending a kettlebell lifting class (group B, n=58) took part in the research. The study of the level of endurance development was conducted during the following tests: 3 km race, 5 km accelerated march, and the obstacle course (400 m). The cardiovascular system functioning was examined concerning these indicators: heart rate, arterial blood pressure, Robinson's index, and heart rate recovery from a standard load. Аннотация: This study is a scientific justification for the hypothesis stating that the humanization of education contributes to developing a student’s personality as a subject of educational activity and helps master knowledge and skills that boost the development of professional skills. The study includes 300 cadets from the Ivan Kozhedub Kharkiv National Air Force University in their 1-4 years of study. The study determines the main pedagogical support components of professional and personal self-development of military students. In the survey, 86.6% of military students positively assessed their professional and personal self-development, although senior students (46.8%) demonstrated less interest in this regard. The study reveals that modern higher education needs further humanization so that future specialists endorse and share humanistic values; the humanization of training at the military university results in positive changes in all criteria of professional and personal self-development of military students. It is necessary to provide three stages in the integral process of professional training: the motivation and value-oriented stage; the cognitive and activity stage; the reflexive and transformative stage

Аннотация: The most used in today's methods of expert assessments (questionnaires, surveys, brainstorming) have a number of underestimations, the main of which is that the consistency and logic of expert statements are not determined. To solve this problem field, a computer program has been created for collecting, saving, quantitative comparison and operational processing of the results obtained through a collective expert evaluation. The article describes the mathematical algorithm of this program. As a base of the program, due to the combination of elements of the Delphi expert survey and the method of modern theory of hierarchical systems T. Saati, the procedure of synthesis of priorities is taken, which is calculated on the basis of subjective expert estimation. The priority or weighting factor is determined on the basis of the individual judgment pair comparison principle of the expert on the priority (the degree of advantage, weight) of one component of a particular process over another. In this work, the method of simple iteration is used. The created program establishes the judgments coherence and logic degree of each of the experts. That is, by way of the estimation pair comparison of the individual expert it is not permissible to violate the coherence and logic of his estimations. A dual comparison excludes the possibility of "blind" use of an uncoordinated and illogical evaluation, requires its refinement or ignores the use of such an assessment. With the help of convenient and easy to use author's computer program, scientists were able to quickly obtain quantitative units of weighting factors of the studied components of a particular process. This allows to display all the results of an interdependent collective, logical and coordinated individual expert estimation.

Аннотация: The purpose of the article is to substantiate an alternative methodology for assessing the competitiveness of young people in the labor market, based on the categories of transit from training to decent employment in the context of transformational change. The article explores the School-to- Work Transition Survey (SWTS), which provides an opportunity to analyze the peculiarities of young people's transit to the labor market. The study was conducted within the framework of the "Work4Youth" project, which aimed to identify ways to obtain information concerning the labor market, namely its youth segment. The main purpose of the SWTS was to gather detailed information on the issues, attitudes and conditions in which young people aged 15-29 was entering and securing their jobs in the labor market. The competitiveness of young people in the labor market has been evaluated and the regions have been investigated according to the characteristics of the workplaces, where the state of completion of the transition from school to employment by the young person have been determined. In addition, clusters that are close in characteristics to the group of regions were distinguished.

Аннотация: The research studied the effectiveness of a three-stage Seamless Learning Model with Enhanced Web-Quizzing based on the intensive use of sets of quizzes created in different web-based quiz generators. The findings revealed that continuous testing using diagnostic, formative, benchmark and summative quizzes, administered at the three stages—familiarisation, formation and assessment, applying such features of seamless learning as learning in various contexts, ubiquitous access to digital learning resources and quizzes, combination of teacher-guided learning, self-directed and collaborative learning, and switching between various learning activities can be an efficient teaching technique in higher education having positive effect on academic performance, motivation, learners’ approaches to studying and course engagement. The testing effect was investigated on the summative tests taken at the end of the three different academic courses. The results showed that online quizzes applied primarily as learning tools with the emphasis on information retrieval and retention resulted in the higher achievements of the experimental group students. The survey conducted with Biggs’s Revised Two-Factor Study Process Questionnaire (R-SPQ-2F) showed the changes in the learners’ motives and approaches to studying revealed in students’ active participation in in-class and out-of-class activities, mastering of the material through understanding rather than mechanical memorizing, the search for additional information and increased attendance. The engagement of the experimental group students in the new quiz-enhanced settings was examined focusing on emotional, skills, participation and performance engagement aspects.

Аннотация: The research studied the effectiveness of the integration of Facebook as a flexible ubiquitous learning space into the educational process for speaking skills development of undergraduate students learning English as a second language. For this purpose teaching was organised via a specially created and moderated Facebook group where various media resources, uploaded materials, links to different applications and other social networking opportunities were accumulated. It was designed to achieve the educational programme objectives and address the specifics of digital age learning. A set of specially designed materials posted on the Facebook platform for language input, structured output, and communicative output activities was applied in experimental teaching to develop talk as transition, talk as interaction and mediation, and talk as performance. The results of the quasi-experiment (students’ speaking performance) were assessed in the form of the post-test with the data being analysed and interpreted based on descriptive and inferential statistics (independent samples t-test) by means of SPSS. The results revealed higher achievement scores of the experimental group in comparison to the control group in terms of expanding vocabulary, increasing English grammar literacy, developing interactive skills, discourse management, and pronunciation. The survey administered to find out the learners’ impressions of the successfulness of the FB-assisted activities revealed their overall positive attitude to the new methodology and usefulness for the development of all speaking qualifications checked.

Аннотация: The research studied the effectiveness of the digital passion project activity for developing oral presentation skills of undergraduate students learning English as a foreign language in online education in emergencies. Considering the basic intervention principles suggested by psychologists for students affected by disasters and mass violence circumstances, the researchers conducted a quasi-experiment exploiting the recognized potential of the passion project to build a positive emotional environment and encourage more efficient learning. The findings revealed that experimental group students outperformed control group students in the four out of five aspects of the rubric applied (content, coherence and cohesion, vocabulary richness and adequacy, and grammatical correctness). The results can be attributed to the observed increased creativity, inquisitiveness, engagement in learning, and self-efficacy as well as to the project marketplace method applied at the initial stage. The passionate involvement in the project was proved by the survey administered to check student’s level of passion during the work on the passion project.

Аннотация: Purpose – the purpose of article should assess the main factors affecting the development of trade in high-tech products of Ukraine in the context of association with the EU and the spread of a new industrial revolution. Research methodology – the scheme of research of trade of high-tech products of Ukraine from the EU on the basis of qualitative and quantitative economic-statistical analysis, analysis of comparative advantages and correlation-regression analysis. Findings – the results of the analysis show that the main factors determining the low presence of Ukraine in the world market of high-tech products are the outdated structure of production, a low level of R&D costs, and a decrease in the innovative activity of Ukrainian enterprises. The article presents the author’s recommendations on improving the effectiveness of foreign trade in high-tech products of Ukraine in the EU market. Research limitations – the absence of a state development strategy for the production of hightech products does not make it possible to accurately determine indicators of scientific research of the potential of Ukraine. Practical implications – correlation-regression analysis results can be used in the private and state sectors of the economy of Ukraine. Originality/Value – the original combination of schemes and methods allowed us to identify new critical places for export development in the context of the association of Ukraine with the EU.
