Аннотация: The influence of the kettlebell lifting training on the level of endurance development and functional abilities of the cadets' cardiovascular system in the course of study is examined in the article. Cadets of the 1st-5th years of study (n=474) who were studying according to the current system of physical training (group А, n=416) and cadets who were attending a kettlebell lifting class (group B, n=58) took part in the research. The study of the level of endurance development was conducted during the following tests: 3 km race, 5 km accelerated march, and the obstacle course (400 m). The cardiovascular system functioning was examined concerning these indicators: heart rate, arterial blood pressure, Robinson's index, and heart rate recovery from a standard load. Аннотация: The integration of Ukraine into the European community creates the necessity to carry out scientific research regarding the reformation of public management systems and to introduce principles of state management to management systems. The implementation of administrative reform and the realization of innovative systems of local self-government with elements of state management at local level will foster good conditions for intellectual, professional, and spiritual development in all individuals, and should become a state priority. Therefore, the peculiarities of state management of the educational system at the local level under conditions of education modernization, identification, and the prevention of negative aspects of this process are studied in this article. In regards to state management, the current state of the management system of educational establishments at local level is analyzed, and recommendations concerning changes to this system are proposed according to legislation. It has been found that the reformation of the system of local self-government opens up opportunities for the improvement of the state management model, the implementation of state management principles, and creates good conditions for regional development.

Аннотация: The objective of this study is to experimentally test how the technique based on a “21-day Health Marathon” training under the students’ own program of intensive physical self-training being supervised by a personal tutor and stimulated by daily gain-and-loss-framed messages, and elements of gamification (badges for certain achievements) influences the formation of health-improvement competencies for future police officers, their learning motivation, conscious learning and to what extend this technique reformats students’ way of thinking in terms of continuous health-improvement. The 2X2 method of randomized split plots was used to analyze the quantitative data. A two-way ANOVA was used to identify the main results for the factors in the columns and lines, and to determine the degree of their interaction in the context of determining the effectiveness of the experiment. The data obtained in the focus group survey were processed using Textalyser web tool. To process students’ answers to the questions, we identified the most commonly used positive words in the answers that helped us identify broad categories of answers such as: “improvement”, “health”, “motivation”, “speed”, “concentration”, “future work”. The research has shown that the use of this model has a positive impact on the state of development of value-motivational and activity-reflexive components of health-improvement competencies in future police officers, as well as on their awareness of the main direction and model of their future professional activity focused on the formation of personality traits, and not just on obtaining a certain volume of theoretical professional knowledge.

Аннотация: Results of familiarization, assessment of reliability and comparability of results of the test run in a metronome rhythm are presented. The purpose of the research: to describe use and to estimate reliability of the test run in a metronome rhythm which was carried out by students-sportsmen of different sports specializations. Objects: the prepared students (boys n = 26 and girls n = 14). Methods: anthropometry; testing (run for 4 minutes in a metronome rhythm which changed: the first minute – 140 bpm, the second minute – 150 bpm, the third minute-160 bpm, the fourth minute-170 bpm; video filming and video analysis. Results: the reliable interrelations are revealed as a result of Pearson correlation calculation for indicators of testing No. 1-2-3: average HR (r=0.77-0.65); average distance length (r=0.85-0.54). Interclass coefficient of correlation for: average HR (r=0.64-0.65); distances of run (r=0.84-0.51); average speed of run (r=0.84-0.51). Conclusions: the sufficient reliability and stability of the test were shown because the extent of coincidence of results at the repeated testing had the reliable correlations and coherence during rather long period (three weeks). The test has the sufficient coherence as the scenario of its carrying out allows providing independence of results of testing of personal qualities of the individual who is carrying out the test. It can be recommended to runners for endurance for assessment of technique features; to other groups of individuals for the assessment of state of motor function, profitability and efficiency of movement, psycho-emotional features.

Аннотация: Purpose: This article is devoted to the search for effective solutions to modern legal problems of the realization of human rights, including children, for inclusive education in Ukraine. Methodology: The method of integral analysis of legal regulation in the field of inclusive education in Ukraine has allowed us to consider it in development and interconnection to reveal the existing directions and patterns as a whole. The comparative method has come in handy in the study of legislation governing the right of people to inclusive education. Modeling, analysis, and synthesis methods have revealed the advantages and disadvantages of legal regulation in the field of inclusive education. Main findings: The article discusses the features of legal problems of the implementation of rights to inclusive education of humans with limited opportunities in Ukraine. Possible ways of improving the legal regulation of the implementation of human rights to inclusive education are proposed. According to the authors, one of such methods is the passing of separate legislative, legal norms regarding the development of inclusive education for children with various functional disorders, the development of inclusive education at higher educational institutions. The authors substantiate the conclusion that the human right to inclusive education at the international level is a legal human right that has great practical value for students with disabilities and should exclude any form of discrimination. Implications: This article can be used in the practical activities of lawyers, students, and teachers of law higher education, and is also recommended for review by persons with disabilities. Аннотация: The most used in today's methods of expert assessments (questionnaires, surveys, brainstorming) have a number of underestimations, the main of which is that the consistency and logic of expert statements are not determined. To solve this problem field, a computer program has been created for collecting, saving, quantitative comparison and operational processing of the results obtained through a collective expert evaluation. The article describes the mathematical algorithm of this program. As a base of the program, due to the combination of elements of the Delphi expert survey and the method of modern theory of hierarchical systems T. Saati, the procedure of synthesis of priorities is taken, which is calculated on the basis of subjective expert estimation. The priority or weighting factor is determined on the basis of the individual judgment pair comparison principle of the expert on the priority (the degree of advantage, weight) of one component of a particular process over another. In this work, the method of simple iteration is used. The created program establishes the judgments coherence and logic degree of each of the experts. That is, by way of the estimation pair comparison of the individual expert it is not permissible to violate the coherence and logic of his estimations. A dual comparison excludes the possibility of "blind" use of an uncoordinated and illogical evaluation, requires its refinement or ignores the use of such an assessment. With the help of convenient and easy to use author's computer program, scientists were able to quickly obtain quantitative units of weighting factors of the studied components of a particular process. This allows to display all the results of an interdependent collective, logical and coordinated individual expert estimation.

Аннотация: Purpose – the purpose of article should assess the main factors affecting the development of trade in high-tech products of Ukraine in the context of association with the EU and the spread of a new industrial revolution. Research methodology – the scheme of research of trade of high-tech products of Ukraine from the EU on the basis of qualitative and quantitative economic-statistical analysis, analysis of comparative advantages and correlation-regression analysis. Findings – the results of the analysis show that the main factors determining the low presence of Ukraine in the world market of high-tech products are the outdated structure of production, a low level of R&D costs, and a decrease in the innovative activity of Ukrainian enterprises. The article presents the author’s recommendations on improving the effectiveness of foreign trade in high-tech products of Ukraine in the EU market. Research limitations – the absence of a state development strategy for the production of hightech products does not make it possible to accurately determine indicators of scientific research of the potential of Ukraine. Practical implications – correlation-regression analysis results can be used in the private and state sectors of the economy of Ukraine. Originality/Value – the original combination of schemes and methods allowed us to identify new critical places for export development in the context of the association of Ukraine with the EU.

Аннотация: Introduction: The article presents the results of the study of changes in the level of physical fitness of students of a humanitarian university and military academy cadets based on the choice of the CrossFit program in the process of physical education. Materials and Methods: The young men (n=92), aged 17-18 years, (two experimental and two control groups) took part in the study of the level of physical fitness. The study was conducted for 12 weeks. Experimental groups were engaged in the CrossFit program. The motivation for choosing the CrossFit program by the participants in the experiment (n=48) was determined using a specially designed questionnaire 'The Motives for Participating in Exercises Measure' on the example CrossFit. Results: For cadets, the results of sit-up and push-up have a significant increase (p<0.05). A more significant increase is observed in squats with kettlebell (7kg) and burpee (p<0.01, p<0.001). The results of students in sit-up, push-up, burpee have a significant increase (p<0.05). For participants in the experiment, the most common motives for choosing the CrossFit program for physical education classes were the following: 'to adjust the body shape, make me more courageous and athletic, increase muscle'; 'to increase my activity and vitality'; 'to improve my endurance, performance, reduce fatigue during physical loads'. For students, motives for health promotion are of higher priority than for cadets. Conclusions: The result of the motivated use of the CrossFit program for 12 weeks was a significant improvement in the physical condition of the students and cadets.

Аннотация: The purpose of the article is to substantiate an alternative methodology for assessing the competitiveness of young people in the labor market, based on the categories of transit from training to decent employment in the context of transformational change. The article explores the School-to- Work Transition Survey (SWTS), which provides an opportunity to analyze the peculiarities of young people's transit to the labor market. The study was conducted within the framework of the "Work4Youth" project, which aimed to identify ways to obtain information concerning the labor market, namely its youth segment. The main purpose of the SWTS was to gather detailed information on the issues, attitudes and conditions in which young people aged 15-29 was entering and securing their jobs in the labor market. The competitiveness of young people in the labor market has been evaluated and the regions have been investigated according to the characteristics of the workplaces, where the state of completion of the transition from school to employment by the young person have been determined. In addition, clusters that are close in characteristics to the group of regions were distinguished.

Аннотация: The purpose of this research was to develop a distant programme of educating parents of primary school children and experimentally check its efficiency in developing educational competencies in parents of primary school children. The study consisted of four consecutive stages: planning, diagnostic experiment, implementing the distant educational programme, and result evaluation. The participants of the research were 37 parents of pupils who went to the first grade of primary school in September 2018. All the participants gave their written consent to participate in the research. The diagnostic stage of the experiment showed that most of the surveyed parents possessed educational competences at a very low level. To provide the parents with pedagogical education, a distant educational course was developed. The course consisted of 12 online classes and lasted for 6 weeks. The online course provided for the parents’ participation in webinars and online conferences. On completing the course, the parents were asked to undergo a control questionnaire survey. The results of the control questioning showed that during the distant course, the parents obtained a sufficient and high level of pedagogical competence. The experiment showed the necessity and rationale for implementing the developed distant educational course for parents with the purpose of developing their pedagogical competence, as well as improving cooperation between teachers, parents and pupils.

Аннотация: This research aims to detect the effect of using exercises and ball games in physical education on the static balance of students with musculoskeletal disorders. The research involved 40 secondary school students aged 16-19, who were divided into two groups. Students have disabilities with mild and average forms of illness. The level of static balance was determined by the indicators of a modified Romberg test, which was carried out at the beginning and the end of the training lesson. The research was carried out for 18 months. It was established that the indicators of students of two groups, both at the beginning and at the end of the physical education lesson, improved. At the beginning of the lesson, a reliable change is traced only in the group of students with congenital defects of the musculoskeletal system (p<0.05); at the end of the lesson, balance indicators significantly improved in both groups (p<0.05). It was found that the developed system of exercises and ball games in which it was necessary to keep a set initial position, not due to different actions with the ball, is an effective means of improving balance. Exercising and playing with the ball reliably (at the level of significance α=0.05) increases the chance of students to improve static balance indicators, which can improve the quality of motor actions in everyday life. The inclusion of specially selected exercises and ball games in physical education classes for students with musculoskeletal defects related to the success of meeting the requirements of Romberg's test is statistically confirmed.

For this purpose teaching was organised via a specially created and moderated Facebook group where various media resources, uploaded materials, links to different applications and other social networking opportunities were accumulated. It was designed to achieve the educational programme objectives and address the specifics of digital age learning. A set of specially designed materials posted on the Facebook platform for language input, structured output, and communicative output activities was applied in experimental teaching to develop talk as transition, talk as interaction and mediation, and talk as performance. The results of the quasi-experiment (students’ speaking performance) were assessed in the form of the post-test with the data being analysed and interpreted based on descriptive and inferential statistics (independent samples t-test) by means of SPSS. The results revealed higher achievement scores of the experimental group in comparison to the control group in terms of expanding vocabulary, increasing English grammar literacy, developing interactive skills, discourse management, and pronunciation. The survey administered to find out the learners’ impressions of the successfulness of the FB-assisted activities revealed their overall positive attitude to the new methodology and usefulness for the development of all speaking qualifications checked.

Аннотация: The research studied the effectiveness of a three-stage Seamless Learning Model with Enhanced Web-Quizzing based on the intensive use of sets of quizzes created in different web-based quiz generators. The findings revealed that continuous testing using diagnostic, formative, benchmark and summative quizzes, administered at the three stages—familiarisation, formation and assessment, applying such features of seamless learning as learning in various contexts, ubiquitous access to digital learning resources and quizzes, combination of teacher-guided learning, self-directed and collaborative learning, and switching between various learning activities can be an efficient teaching technique in higher education having positive effect on academic performance, motivation, learners’ approaches to studying and course engagement. The testing effect was investigated on the summative tests taken at the end of the three different academic courses. The results showed that online quizzes applied primarily as learning tools with the emphasis on information retrieval and retention resulted in the higher achievements of the experimental group students. The survey conducted with Biggs’s Revised Two-Factor Study Process Questionnaire (R-SPQ-2F) showed the changes in the learners’ motives and approaches to studying revealed in students’ active participation in in-class and out-of-class activities, mastering of the material through understanding rather than mechanical memorizing, the search for additional information and increased attendance. The engagement of the experimental group students in the new quiz-enhanced settings was examined focusing on emotional, skills, participation and performance engagement aspects.
