Аннотация: The modern effective algorithms of data compression are based, mainly, on the methods of wavelet-transforms on the classic orthogonal Haar basis. The relationships are obtained for fast inverse Haar transforms not depending on decomposition techniques of the number introductory signal readings by factors. This number may be both composite and simple one.

Аннотация: Practical results of computer modeling of compression of some classes of realistic images are presented. The offered methods of compression of images investigated on the basis of automatic and indistinct classification of fragments of various dimension have allowed one to decrease essentially the volume of data for saturated detailed images, prints of seals in particular, compared with the results received by methods on the basis of wavelet-transformations.

Аннотация: The method of compressing images of a text on the basis of formation and classification of vertical elements of the row of symbolic data of the graphical dictionary, obtained at the first phase of automatic classification of symbols, is proposed. This enables one to create the new dictionary of the vertical elements of a row and the map of their location, all of which have a smaller volume than the initial graphical dictionary. The proposed two-phase algorithm of image compression of a text has an advantage of the degree of compression as compared with the JB2 algorithm (DjVu format) about 25 % for resolutions of the text from 200 to 600 dpi.
