Methods of analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalization, historical, scientific-analytical, systematization and classification were used to identify scientific and theoretical bases of labor migration. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of using the results of the study to overcome the socio-economic consequences of the coronary crisis by countries; to improve the activities of migration services.
