Аннотация: The dynamism of the development of trade relations in the international arena requires from the domestic trade enterprises the introduction of effective tools of activity management, among which logistics are defined. The article explores the methodological bases of the analysis of the internal environment of logistic activity by determining the main logistical flows of a trade enterprise and indicators for their evaluation. The basic methods of carrying out the analysis of the external environment of the logistic activity of a trade enterprise have been determined and compared. An algorithm for building a logistic strategy of a trade enterprise has been formed. The basic legal principles of regulation of logistic activity of a trade enterprise have been specified.

Аннотация: This article reveals the influence of historical traditions and events on the formation of public legal consciousness of the Ukrainian people. The genesis of institutional and non-institutional forms of legal consciousness in Ukraine in different historical periods is traced. In particular, the characteristic features of public legal consciousness during the times of Kievan Rus, the Lithuanian-Polish era and the Russian Empire were identified. The peculiarities of the development of customary law as a basis for non-institutional legal consciousness of Ukrainians are revealed. It is noted that the customary legal situation in Ukraine is geographically and chronologically heterogeneous. However, despite all the differences in the historical development of Volyn, Polissya, Podillya, Dnieper, Slobozhanshchina, Southern Ukraine, customary property relations are identical in basic respects.

Аннотация: The concept of regulatory field is introduced into the humanities: psychology, sociology, cultural studies, and law. The purpose of this study is to trace the historical path of development of the term "regulatory field" and determine the content of this concept. The concept of regulatory field allows determining the socio-cultural situation in which a person becomes a subject of law. Each law can be considered from the point of view of the regulatory field. It makes the interpretation of legal norms more meaningful. The regulatory field is not clearly defined. It acts as a system that is constantly changing, and these changes depend on the restructuring of hierarchical relations between social norms, on the priority of the value of absolute moral norms over rational ones, or vice versa; or on a complete denial of absolute norms. The regulatory field includes a set of various norms: moral, religious, legal, psychological, social, political, cultural, and others.

Аннотация: Hermeneutic logic as a kind of informal logic for understanding and interpretation is considered in the context of Western European history of philosophy, in particular philosophical hermeneutics. There is an influence on logical forms of ontological contexts and intralinguistic forms, rationalization of meaning through sign systems in the history of hermeneutic logic. The determinant is historical induction, the conclusions of which are appropriate for the knowledge of objective and subjective histories. Logical forms of judgments and inferences are constructed not in the genusspecies relation, but in the relation of the part and the whole, which correlates with the algorithm of dialectics of the hermeneutic circle. Hermeneutic logic, defined on the basis of historical induction, appears as the logic of humanitarian cognition, that forms a culture of understanding and interpretation techniques.

Аннотация: The article is devoted to the problems of the influence of globalization processes on the culture sphere. It is emphasized that as the pace of globalization accelerates, the phenomenon of cultural globalization naturally occurs. It is noted that the globalization of culture is a process of integration of individual national cultures into a single world culture based on the development of vehicles, economic ties and means of communication. It is concluded that in the process of globalization objectively there are communications between representatives of different cultures or between subcultures. The main ways of interaction of cultures are singled out, as a result of which either the sociocultural experience of people and communities is enriched, or ethnocultural contradictions are aggravated. The main among them are: acculturation, cultural expansion, cultural diffusion, synthesis of cultures, etc.

Аннотация: he article is devoted to the gaming essence of human thinking. Gaming activity is the essential quality of a person along with labour, educational, cognitive, communicative activities. It is realised in all listed activities of the personality. After analysing the classification of types of human games, we propose to allocate the fourth type of games – the game of the mind. It is present in modern texts: jokes, advertisements, media, and artistic texts. The ambiguity of the text provokes mental activity. The latter, carrying out the game with meanings, is able to generate ambiguity of discourse. Thinking, as a game, is manifested in solving the tasks of intelligence, in assessing of general competencies and testing creative abilities.

Аннотация: The research focuses on the philosophy of performative actionism. It refers to the contemporary practices of installations, happenings, monstrations and flash mobs on different topics as to the concept of pure action. Performance is regarded as the relevant understanding technique to manifest the currently popular dynamism principle of arts and philosophical anthropology. The research aims to analyse the art experience of the subject.s bodily actions to demonstrate their anthropological authenticity, social significance, legal value, epistemological activity, and political will. As a result, authors conclude that non-semantic silent performances reveal limited possibilities of modern human self-realisation despite having several rights, freedoms and technologies to improve their lives. Performance is viewed as a conceptual model of individual functioning in the polyontic reality. As an alternative to the linguistic one, self-representation through performance is a rather flawed but relevant means of showing the nature of the subject.s existence in the contemporary social, legal, political and cultural environment.

Аннотация: The article demonstrates that information and communication technologies, which are actively implemented in modern life, have no analogues in the past. Reality, characterized by the concept of “cyberspace”, has become one of the main factors of sociocultural reality, a special living environment with which all spheres of public life are connected − economic, social, political, spiritual. Modernity is characterized by the emergence of electronic virtual reality, which significantly changes the language, bringing in new elements of communication. Today, the Internet in some way is a global information space that unites all existing telecommunications and information networks. It is stated that the formation of global information networks has become a direct consequence of computer technology, so the global information space is primarily cybernetic (computer) in nature. The question is raised about the spatial and temporal characteristics of virtual reality and their ontological substantiation, because cyberspace presupposes the existence of a certain world, characterized by the length and metrics represented in consciousness. The thesis about the sociality of cyberspace is substantiated. It is shown that cyberspace is artificially maintained and developed by real space, so it is concluded that it is impossible and inexpedient to study it as an independent phenomenon.

Аннотация: The protracted COVID-19 epidemic is unique not only because it has changed the familiar life on a global scale. The distant way of social life, the emergence of new social standards, the intensification of existential risks have become a challenge and for philosophy itself, its ability to expand the horizons of reflection of new reality. The article discusses the specifics of individual and social life in the context of the theory of viral modernity and the problems of global digital control. In addition, the methodological possibilities of phenomenology allow us to comprehend the modern pandemic as an extraordinary event that, in contrast to the temporality of ordinary experience, radically changes the perception of time in the conditions of COVID everyday life.

Аннотация: This study analyzes essential epistemological and ontological aspects of history from the perspective of history hermeneutic logics. A special focus is set on the temporal problems of the logics of history, in particular, regarding interrelations among the moments of historical time, involving the representative and the reference, as well as the chronological core of the event and the text. The settlement of the temporal conflict between the time of an event, narration and perception appears possible using the analysis of time hermeneutic game techniques. The free movement of signs, which no longer represent any meaning, but merely reproduce historical gestures, is expressed in deconstructive logic of copies and simulacra. Within this philosophical context, the issue of nostalgia is related to the subjective experience of historical reflection. Nostalgia is regarded as a way of communicating with history by an interactive subject. The research findings show that currently the existence of mankind requires changes in its relations with the past, and a review of the cognitive methods applied to understand the past against the background of the fluctuating and dynamic horizon of senses in history.

Аннотация: This paper reviews work on psychological trauma related to armed conflict in Eastern Europe and Ukraine and on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Any aggression evokes emotions of fear, anger, despair, horror, confusion, and hatred. The research aims to determine the psychological consequences caused by the current hostilities that younger generations of Ukrainians will face in the future and compare them with similar experiences in Eastern European countries. The research results showed the presence of signs of depression and PTSD in all categories of respondents. The severe social and psychological problems caused by the hostilities in Ukraine have negative impact on family ties and intergenerational interaction. There need to be psychological forms of help that can improve the lives of victims and can prevent the negative impact of trauma on future generations.

Аннотация: The article attempts a philosophical understanding of the features of the information war in the media space in the context of Russia's large-scale aggression against Ukraine. It is noted that the technologies of information war are the most complex of all methods of manipulating public consciousness due to their systematic nature, variety of forms and deliberate masking of their elements by the warring parties. It is concluded that the space of the information society is saturated with elements of information wars and various types of manipulative information. Technologies of information war, applied through mass media within the framework of the global information environment, on the one hand, can create elements of the global media picture of the world, and on the other hand, are practically the only means of exposing it. It is emphasized that such a situation at the global level of the information environment creates significant difficulties for orientation in the media space of the information society and creates the need to differentiate the criteria of the quality of the information circulating in the media environment of modern society.

Аннотация: The paper considers the ontological foundations of the musical-sound continuum of the electro-acoustic formation (digital synthesis, Web, spectral and spatial music). The transformation of the orders of aesthetic accessibility of space, found in the form of cloud and stream effects, is due to the redefinition of the phenomenon of connectivity and coherence through the “revolution of sound”. On the example of the “meditative” mechanism of sound organization, which is equally significant in spatial and post-digital aesthetics, the peculiarity of kinesthesa is shown, which arises as a result of alteration in the empirical content of retention and ultimately forms the image of an existentially unlimited navigation of spaces. It is argued that the qualitative transformation of connectivity determines the hypostasis of the secondary image (the universe) to a literal visualization with its latent preservation on the periphery of meaning formation. Catharsis is dispersed in sound events of a performative non decreasing presence, which is a transformed form of immortality collision. The practice of spatialization realizes the temporal (existential) confinement of artifacts, contrary to the ideas of abandoning it in favor of space as the fifth dimension of musical continuum.
