Аннотация: The purpose of this research was to develop a distant programme of educating parents of primary school children and experimentally check its efficiency in developing educational competencies in parents of primary school children. The study consisted of four consecutive stages: planning, diagnostic experiment, implementing the distant educational programme, and result evaluation. The participants of the research were 37 parents of pupils who went to the first grade of primary school in September 2018. All the participants gave their written consent to participate in the research. The diagnostic stage of the experiment showed that most of the surveyed parents possessed educational competences at a very low level. To provide the parents with pedagogical education, a distant educational course was developed. The course consisted of 12 online classes and lasted for 6 weeks. The online course provided for the parents’ participation in webinars and online conferences. On completing the course, the parents were asked to undergo a control questionnaire survey. The results of the control questioning showed that during the distant course, the parents obtained a sufficient and high level of pedagogical competence. The experiment showed the necessity and rationale for implementing the developed distant educational course for parents with the purpose of developing their pedagogical competence, as well as improving cooperation between teachers, parents and pupils.

Аннотация: Purpose: This article is devoted to the search for effective solutions to modern legal problems of the realization of human rights, including children, for inclusive education in Ukraine. Methodology: The method of integral analysis of legal regulation in the field of inclusive education in Ukraine has allowed us to consider it in development and interconnection to reveal the existing directions and patterns as a whole. The comparative method has come in handy in the study of legislation governing the right of people to inclusive education. Modeling, analysis, and synthesis methods have revealed the advantages and disadvantages of legal regulation in the field of inclusive education. Main findings: The article discusses the features of legal problems of the implementation of rights to inclusive education of humans with limited opportunities in Ukraine. Possible ways of improving the legal regulation of the implementation of human rights to inclusive education are proposed. According to the authors, one of such methods is the passing of separate legislative, legal norms regarding the development of inclusive education for children with various functional disorders, the development of inclusive education at higher educational institutions. The authors substantiate the conclusion that the human right to inclusive education at the international level is a legal human right that has great practical value for students with disabilities and should exclude any form of discrimination. Implications: This article can be used in the practical activities of lawyers, students, and teachers of law higher education, and is also recommended for review by persons with disabilities. Novelty: This study examined the problems of legal support of human rights to inclusive education in Ukraine and suggested ways to solve them. © Shevchuk et al.

Аннотация: Purpose – the purpose of article should assess the main factors affecting the development of trade in high-tech products of Ukraine in the context of association with the EU and the spread of a new industrial revolution. Research methodology – the scheme of research of trade of high-tech products of Ukraine from the EU on the basis of qualitative and quantitative economic-statistical analysis, analysis of comparative advantages and correlation-regression analysis. Findings – the results of the analysis show that the main factors determining the low presence of Ukraine in the world market of high-tech products are the outdated structure of production, a low level of R&D costs, and a decrease in the innovative activity of Ukrainian enterprises. The article presents the author’s recommendations on improving the effectiveness of foreign trade in high-tech products of Ukraine in the EU market. Research limitations – the absence of a state development strategy for the production of hightech products does not make it possible to accurately determine indicators of scientific research of the potential of Ukraine. Practical implications – correlation-regression analysis results can be used in the private and state sectors of the economy of Ukraine. Originality/Value – the original combination of schemes and methods allowed us to identify new critical places for export development in the context of the association of Ukraine with the EU.

Аннотация: Training a modern professional who can use a creative approach within the framework of their professional activities, as well as to easily adapt to many modern technological changes, requires the use of modern innovative pedagogical technologies in the training process. When performing this study, we used the project method to increase environmental awareness and environmental thinking among students of the specialty law. Environmental education is learning through the environment, for the environment, and about the environment. The authors believe that it should be universal, and its components should be present in preschool, school, vocational, higher, and postgraduate professional education. We believe that the greatest effect can be achieved by continuing environmental education, provided that it becomes an indispensable attribute of personal development. Аннотация: The integration of Ukraine into the European community creates the necessity to carry out scientific research regarding the reformation of public management systems and to introduce principles of state management to management systems. The implementation of administrative reform and the realization of innovative systems of local self-government with elements of state management at local level will foster good conditions for intellectual, professional, and spiritual development in all individuals, and should become a state priority. Therefore, the peculiarities of state management of the educational system at the local level under conditions of education modernization, identification, and the prevention of negative aspects of this process are studied in this article. In regards to state management, the current state of the management system of educational establishments at local level is analyzed, and recommendations concerning changes to this system are proposed according to legislation. It has been found that the reformation of the system of local self-government opens up opportunities for the improvement of the state management model, the implementation of state management principles, and creates good conditions for regional development.

Аннотация: The research studied the effectiveness of a three-stage Seamless Learning Model with Enhanced Web-Quizzing based on the intensive use of sets of quizzes created in different web-based quiz generators. The findings revealed that continuous testing using diagnostic, formative, benchmark and summative quizzes, administered at the three stages—familiarisation, formation and assessment, applying such features of seamless learning as learning in various contexts, ubiquitous access to digital learning resources and quizzes, combination of teacher-guided learning, self-directed and collaborative learning, and switching between various learning activities can be an efficient teaching technique in higher education having positive effect on academic performance, motivation, learners’ approaches to studying and course engagement. The testing effect was investigated on the summative tests taken at the end of the three different academic courses. The results showed that online quizzes applied primarily as learning tools with the emphasis on information retrieval and retention resulted in the higher achievements of the experimental group students. The survey conducted with Biggs’s Revised Two-Factor Study Process Questionnaire (R-SPQ-2F) showed the changes in the learners’ motives and approaches to studying revealed in students’ active participation in in-class and out-of-class activities, mastering of the material through understanding rather than mechanical memorizing, the search for additional information and increased attendance. The engagement of the experimental group students in the new quiz-enhanced settings was examined focusing on emotional, skills, participation and performance engagement aspects.

Аннотация: The article describes the problems international students encounter during psychophysiological adaptation. As the modern higher education system is characterized by academic mobility, and international students from countries with quite different geoclimatic and cultural traditions have to undergo an adaptation period, the problem under study is topical. The study was conducted at Kharkiv National Medical University (Ukraine) in 2020/2021. The research involved 1st, 2nd and 3rd-year international students (from 50 countries). The peculiarities of international students’ psychophysiological states were assessed during the stages of initial adaptation, stable adaptation and final adaptation. This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the factors of the natural and socio-pedagogical environment that affect the psychological adaptation process of international students. The present study provides new information on the acclimatization patterns of international students who study in Ukraine, as well as its functional significance on selected performance measures. General theoretical methods, research methods and methods of statistical data processing have been employed. The results reveal that the destabilizing factors that negatively affect international students’ adaptation process include frequent hypothermia, dietary changes, inadequate and irregular food intake, insufficient physical activity and excessive mental stress. Practical recommendations to decrease these negative factors are proposed.

Аннотация: This research aims to detect the effect of using exercises and ball games in physical education on the static balance of students with musculoskeletal disorders. The research involved 40 secondary school students aged 16-19, who were divided into two groups. Students have disabilities with mild and average forms of illness. The level of static balance was determined by the indicators of a modified Romberg test, which was carried out at the beginning and the end of the training lesson. The research was carried out for 18 months. It was established that the indicators of students of two groups, both at the beginning and at the end of the physical education lesson, improved. At the beginning of the lesson, a reliable change is traced only in the group of students with congenital defects of the musculoskeletal system (p<0.05); at the end of the lesson, balance indicators significantly improved in both groups (p<0.05). It was found that the developed system of exercises and ball games in which it was necessary to keep a set initial position, not due to different actions with the ball, is an effective means of improving balance. Exercising and playing with the ball reliably (at the level of significance α=0.05) increases the chance of students to improve static balance indicators, which can improve the quality of motor actions in everyday life. The inclusion of specially selected exercises and ball games in physical education classes for students with musculoskeletal defects related to the success of meeting the requirements of Romberg's test is statistically confirmed.
