Аннотация: Every year, the vast majority of countries switch to an online environment. This is especially true for online stores. The subject of this study is the system of consumer protection upon buying goods in online stores and its effectiveness. The purpose is to analyse the state of development of e-commerce in Ukraine and the system of consumer protection upon purchasing goods in online stores. The following general scientific methods were used: classification and theoretical generalisation - to study the theoretical foundations of e-commerce; statistical analysis - to analyse the current state of e-commerce in Ukraine and the consumer protection system. The following results were obtained: based on the analysis of the provisions of current legislation and the experience of foreign countries describing the development of the e-commerce market in Ukraine and the world, the main trends that have developed have been identified, the positive and negative aspects of e-commerce have been identified, as well as the effectiveness of the consumer protection system upon purchasing goods in online stores. It was concluded that the “e-commerce” industry is developing very dynamically. Consumer protection upon purchasing goods through online stores is carried out as with a regular purchase and sale, but it has a number of specific features. To attract potential customers and build their trust, online stores try to post as much information about their products and services as possible on their official websites, including customer reviews. This indicates that the sellers themselves are interested in resolving disputes as soon as possible and preserving their reputation. Taking this into account, it is the improvement of the consumer literacy of citizens, the ability to fully exercise their rights, and to protect their interests in case of certain contradictions that is one of the ways to solve the existing problems.

Аннотация: The relevance of the article due to the fact that the insurance industry of Ukraine at the present stage is developing in the global financial, economic and CORONA crisis, which deepens a number of unresolved problems: increases the risk of insurance companies, reduces demand for insurance products; distrust of insurance on the part of potential insurers has increased, increasing competition between insurers for the sphere of influence and customers. The purpose of the articles is to prepare theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for the introduction and improvement of the use of modern insurance management in the activities of Ukrainian insurers. The result of this studying is deepening and improvement of modern theory in insurance marketing, and development of practical recommendations for improving the efficiency and competitiveness of Ukrainian insurers.

Аннотация: Purpose: This article is devoted to the search for effective solutions to modern legal problems of the realization of human rights, including children, for inclusive education in Ukraine. Methodology: The method of integral analysis of legal regulation in the field of inclusive education in Ukraine has allowed us to consider it in development and interconnection to reveal the existing directions and patterns as a whole. The comparative method has come in handy in the study of legislation governing the right of people to inclusive education. Modeling, analysis, and synthesis methods have revealed the advantages and disadvantages of legal regulation in the field of inclusive education. Main findings: The article discusses the features of legal problems of the implementation of rights to inclusive education of humans with limited opportunities in Ukraine. Possible ways of improving the legal regulation of the implementation of human rights to inclusive education are proposed. According to the authors, one of such methods is the passing of separate legislative, legal norms regarding the development of inclusive education for children with various functional disorders, the development of inclusive education at higher educational institutions. The authors substantiate the conclusion that the human right to inclusive education at the international level is a legal human right that has great practical value for students with disabilities and should exclude any form of discrimination. Implications: This article can be used in the practical activities of lawyers, students, and teachers of law higher education, and is also recommended for review by persons with disabilities. Novelty: This study examined the problems of legal support of human rights to inclusive education in Ukraine and suggested ways to solve them. © Shevchuk et al.

Аннотация: In today’s world, social protection is becoming an increasingly important topic that combines economic, political, and social aspects. Regardless of the level of development of a country, people are constantly looking for ways to ensure their well-being and protect themselves from negative influences. Social protection strategies are of particular importance in relations between Ukraine and the European Union. Ukraine, as a sovereign state, monitors the needs of its population and tries to adapt its social system to European standards. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to analyze the current state and prospects for the development of social protection strategies in Ukraine in the context of cooperation with the European Union to identify possible areas for improving the social sphere and ensuring a high level of social protection for the Ukrainian population. The study uses a variety of methods, including analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparative legal, dialectical, and others. Considering cooperation with the European Union helps to solve socioeconomic problems and ensure a high level of social protection.

Аннотация: Introduction. Modern states implement social policy according to different models. However, in any case, the main goal of the social policy of a modern state is to ensure a high level of social protection of citizens. This goal is achieved through the social security system. Its main function is to guarantee social security (in terms of the established standard of living and living conditions) through activities aimed at reducing and compensating for the consequences of social risk (events that lead to loss or reduction of income).The concept of social security is widely used in European countries, which is reflected in a specific branch of law - social security law. Thus, social security is a system of institutionalized tangible and intangible benefits aimed at ensuring and meeting the basic needs of all members of a particular community. This system is based on the idea of social solidarity, where, unlike the liberal doctrine, the role of the state in establishing social security is not in doubt (International Labour Organisation, 1952). The state assumes the role of coordinator and "fills" such legal measures as social insurance, social security, and social assistance with meaningful elements (Yaroshenko et al., 2023).

Аннотация: Recently, Ukrainian servicemen/ women and their families have become the object of attention following the war on Ukraine territory. Families of servicemen and women face difficulties as a result of changes in their social status. It is important to ensure adequate social protection for servicemen and women and to implement the standards of the EU and NATO. Insufficient attention to social protection violates these standards and can affect the army's combat capability and morale. The issue of social protection of military families now becomes very relevant. General scientific and special methods of scientific research, namely, synthesis, induction and deduction, comparative analysis, structural and functional analysis, modelling and forecasting are used in the process of reviewing theoretical and practical results. The purpose of this article is to study the complexities of legal regulation of social protection of family members of servicemen in Ukraine, to consider the problematic issues of such protection, and to propose ways to resolve them. A comparative method was used to align the research objectives with the methodology, in an analysis of the features of Ukraine's legal regulation in comparison with other national and international legislation.
