Аннотация: The article focuses on the study of requirements for communication in the social sphere and justification of their specificity in comparison with other types of verbal interaction. The relevance of the stated problem is determined by the significant influence of social communications on society and the dependence of public safety on the effectiveness of social interaction. The study aimed at identifying the types of violations of commonly known maxims in the social sphere and substantiating the specificity of requirements for social communicative interaction. Two main methods were used in the research: projecting and modeling. The well-known communication maxims were divided into two groups. The first group contains those that define the requirements for organizing the content of the message and are aimed at ensuring the fullness of its perception by the addressees. The second group includes maxims, which establish requirements for the moral climate of communication and the implementation of the principle of politeness. The data of interviews given by representatives of governmental bodies to journalists of certain TV channels and blogs, as well as the analysis of Internet news videos revealed the types of violations of the well-known maxims of communication in the social domain. The main ones are: ignoring the maxims of the second group in interviews and non-compliance with the maxims of the first group in news programs. It has been proved that the well-known maxims of communication need to be revised taking into account the conditions of social contact discourse. The specificity of maxims in social communicative interaction was substantiated.

Аннотация: The most used in today's methods of expert assessments (questionnaires, surveys, brainstorming) have a number of underestimations, the main of which is that the consistency and logic of expert statements are not determined. To solve this problem field, a computer program has been created for collecting, saving, quantitative comparison and operational processing of the results obtained through a collective expert evaluation. The article describes the mathematical algorithm of this program. As a base of the program, due to the combination of elements of the Delphi expert survey and the method of modern theory of hierarchical systems T. Saati, the procedure of synthesis of priorities is taken, which is calculated on the basis of subjective expert estimation. The priority or weighting factor is determined on the basis of the individual judgment pair comparison principle of the expert on the priority (the degree of advantage, weight) of one component of a particular process over another. In this work, the method of simple iteration is used. The created program establishes the judgments coherence and logic degree of each of the experts. That is, by way of the estimation pair comparison of the individual expert it is not permissible to violate the coherence and logic of his estimations. A dual comparison excludes the possibility of "blind" use of an uncoordinated and illogical evaluation, requires its refinement or ignores the use of such an assessment. With the help of convenient and easy to use author's computer program, scientists were able to quickly obtain quantitative units of weighting factors of the studied components of a particular process. This allows to display all the results of an interdependent collective, logical and coordinated individual expert estimation.

Аннотация: The purpose of the research is to study the role of social communications in the development of the social sphere. The article uses the following research methods: analysis of literary sources, abstraction, graphic method, deduction method, methods of systematization and generalization. Today, ICT has a significant impact on all aspects of social communications for the development of the modern social sphere. It was determined that this aspect becomes a priority direction of modern research. It was found that social communication is a process in which people establish connections with others through mutual contacts, actions and influences. It was determined that social communications contribute to raising people's awareness and mobilizing them. And social communication in the social sphere, in addition to promoting greater accountability of authorities, can serve as a platform for understanding and solving broader needs and problems. Social communications can contribute to the development of social policy and create a basis for expanding the reach of social initiatives. Social communication can also provide a way for informal and permanent participation of citizens in important processes of the social sphere. As a result of the study, the conclusions were made that social communication relies on methods of constant development, which are becoming more and more effective in delivering individual messages to a larger and more diverse audience and collecting feedback from it.
