Аннотация: The paper analysed the experiences in a field of teaching Criminal Law cycle subjects in English. The research was held at the National Aviation University (Kyiv, Ukraine) and involved 11 first-year students and 11 second-year students majoring in “Jurisprudence’’ who study full-time (teaching is conducted in English). The purpose of the paper was to study the formation of foreign language competence by students-lawyers at the same time as the formation of general legal competences in teaching a foreign language. At the same time, the students must operate the English terminology and know the theoretical approaches to problems in English-speaking countries. After establishing the appropriate psychological and pedagogical conditions, the number of students in the experimental group having the productive and creative levels of readiness to use English in their professional activity has significantly increased compared to the control group.

Аннотация: Article is focused on study of one of the circumstances, which prevent penal responsibility. In this case the discussion will deal with the protection of the legally protected interests from the publicly dangerous encroachments, with the lawful defense, justifiable defense, and self-defense. The authors examined the issues, concerning the objects, which are subject to protection, its boundaries, lawfulness, and criteria. The features of the presented issues are also investigated based on the example of the standards of the countries of post-Soviet space, Great Britain, USA, France, Czech Republic and other countries of the European Union. Based on the study the authors have formulated the proposals, which regarding the improvement of quite conceptual apparatus and standards, which regulate the sphere of criminal-lawful relations in question.

Аннотация: The present research paper describes the most traditional ways of today's mass-marketing financial crimes such as fraud. Digital banking is now used daily for checking account data, making purchases, paying the bills, transfer money, print statements, etc. Online fraud is a crime committed with on-line software to unlawfully allocate money from both bank' and payment systems' account and/or transfer money to another bank account. Banks are not so much targeted in today's world, there's a lot of money in cyberspace, in modern digital systems and data networks. The main task of this article is to determine the most common forms of online financial crimes, such as "Hacking" or electronic transmission unintended for the interceptor, such as passwords, credit card information, or other types of identity theft. The article discusses the features of legal regulation and the activities of the Ukraine to protect citizens form Internet frauds and to avoid Internet scams, phishing and other cybercrimes in Internet. In this article, we review some principles of qualitative data collection, analysis, and strategic planning to help scientists, lawyers, and law students interested in conducting research in their practice to continue their learning in this area.

Аннотация: The aim of the study was to study the initial moment of a person's life, which is important for a clear determination of when it begins to be protected by the legislation of Ukraine, and differentiation from legal or illegal abortions, as well as to propose an approach to determine the initial moment of life that is more consistent with the logic than exists in the current one the legislation of Ukraine. Today, the initial moment of life in Ukraine determines the beginning of childbirth, and the final - death of the brain, that is, the criteria for determining the beginning and end of life are different - the beginning of childbirth and brain death; we offer to connect the initial and final moments of life with the brain - from the formation and beginning of the functioning of the human brain to his death, that is, the only criterion is the brain) and a more humane approach to determining the initial moment of life than exists now (life if we take into account our proposals the legislator will be protected at earlier stages - from the 12th week of pregnancy). We examined the results obtained by other scientists, as well as normative acts, in particular, the Law of Ukraine Basics of the Legislation of Ukraine on Health Protection № 2801-XII of November 19, 1992. As a result of the study, individual proposals were made to improve the legislation of Ukraine in the field of protecting the human right to life. It is proposed to amend Part 1 of Art. 50 of the Law of Ukraine Basics of the Legislation of Ukraine on Health Protection, in particular, replace in the text The operation of artificial termination of pregnancy (abortion) can be performed at the request of a woman in health facilities during pregnancy for a period not exceeding 12 weeks.
